Short version: noBS is a workout timer. Use it sensibly, consult a doctor if needed, and don't hold us responsible for injuries. You buy it once and it's yours.

Licence

noBS Workout ("the app") is licensed, not sold. Purchasing the app grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use it on Android devices you own or control. You may not distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or any part of it.

Health & fitness disclaimer

noBS provides a workout timer and structured exercise program. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.

Exercise carries inherent risk. By using this app you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for your own health and safety during workouts.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, golding.tech and the developer of noBS shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from your use of the app or the workout programs it contains. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Updates & availability

We may update the app from time to time. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features. Your one-time purchase entitles you to the app as it exists at time of purchase and any future updates while the app remains available on the Play Store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
